- Correct -- it's amazing that with a communications medium like USENET,
- so many people could be under the false impression that the FCC, or
- AT&T, or the local telcos had anything to do with the filing of the ACTA
- petition. Some people would simply prefer to not be bothered with the
- facts and go on believing: gov't = bad, Ma Bell = bad, local Bell = bad,
- etc.
